a women-led association that brings together women and young girls in agriculture to promote sustainability and the use of organic farming inputs.

As a membership-based association, BAWA provides its members with access to training, networking, market opportunities, and shared resources while championing eco-friendly solutions such as organic pesticides, natural fertilizers, and water-saving irrigation practices.

Our goal is to strengthen the role of women in agriculture by ensuring they benefit from collective support, economic empowerment, and sustainable farming practices that improve both livelihoods and the environment.
