Waste Recycling and Eco-Innovation

Turning Waste into Wealth

At BAWA, we teach members how to see waste as opportunity. Through our Waste Recycling and Eco-Innovation Program, women and young girls learn how to turn farm and household waste into useful, marketable products.

What We Offer

  • Training on composting, organic fertilizer production, and waste management.

  • Demonstrations on biochar, animal feed, and natural pesticide making.

  • Education on climate-smart agriculture and environmental conservation.

Every training and activity is rooted in empowerment. We equip women and young girls with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to lead in sustainable agriculture — creating a ripple of growth that nurtures families, strengthens communities, and protects the environment for generations to come.

Member Benefits

  • Reduced farming costs by producing organic inputs at home.

  • Cleaner, safer environments for families and communities.

  • Opportunities to create small green businesses.

  • Empowerment through sustainable innovation.

♻️ Nothing is wasted — everything can grow into something valuable.
