Our Organic Farming Training equips members with the skills to produce healthy crops using biopesticides, biofertilizers, and modern organic techniques that protect the soil and promote sustainable harvests.

Any woman or young girl interested in learning sustainable farming methods can join. You don’t need prior experience — just passion and willingness to learn.

Yes. The training is exclusive to BAWA members, as part of our commitment to support women who share our mission. You can easily become a member by filling out our online or downloadable membership form.

You’ll learn organic crop production, soil management, composting, pest control using biopesticides, and herbal garden establishment — all through hands-on, practical training.

BAWA trainings are offered at subsidized rates for members. Fees vary by program, but we ensure affordability and access to all interested participants.

Training duration depends on the module. Basic sessions run for 1 to 2 weeks, while advanced programs and field practice can extend over a month or more.

Yes ✅ — upon successful completion, participants receive a BAWA Certificate of Training in Organic Farming, recognizing their knowledge and practical competence.

Graduates gain the confidence to manage their own organic farms, access market linkages, and benefit from BAWA’s continued mentorship and organic input support.
